I’m Re Reading It This Pregnancy And Would Definitely Recommend Picking It Up If You Haven’t Already! 📚 Through The Book, I Found The Mama Natural Birth Plan Template (You Don’t Need To Buy The Book, Just A Quick Google Search Will Bring It Up And You Can Download It For Free). 👩‍💻 You Can Use The Template — I Included An Image On Screen So You Can See What It Looks Like — To Choose Your Birth Preferences And Give It To Your Midwife/Obgyn. 🩷🩵 I Love This Template Because It’s Clear, Visual, Easy To Read, And Has Tons Of Options To Choose From! My Midwife Scanned It Into My Chart And It Was Printed Out In The Delivery Room On A Bulletin Board (I Also Brought My Own Copy Just In Case, And Plan To Do So Again This Time). I Would Recommend Going Over It With Your Midwife Or Doctor Before Birth, And They’ll Tell You If Anything Needs To Be Edited/Updated. Make Sure You Know Your Hospital’s Policies As Well! 🩺 I Would Also Have Your Spouse/Support Person On Board With Your Plan So That They Are Ready To Advocate On Your Behalf If Needed! Having Birth Preference Is Great And We Can Have All The Plans In The World, But Remember That Birth Is Unpredictable!
