Replying To Southern Mama65 It Seems Like Narcissists に関する視聴者やコミュニティの反響・関連投稿まとめ: 投稿者 @southern_charm1972: “Narcissistic people seek out empathetic partners then treat them like crap. Make it make sense.”. 投稿者 @jak_eckstine: “Gaslighting doesn’t always sound manipulative.
Sometimes it sounds like a simple disagreement.
And that’s exactly why it can be so hard to recognize when you’re in it.
Here are 5 “innocent” phrases narcissists may use to make you question your own reality:
1️⃣ “That never happened.” 👉 You remember it happening. Maybe you remember exactly where you were or what was said. But they’re SO certain it didn’t happen that eventually you start questioning yourself.
 2️⃣ “I never said that.” 👉 You.

Know what you heard. But after enough denial, you start thinking… Maybe I misunderstood.
Maybe I’m remembering it wrong.
3️⃣ “You’re remembering it wrong.” 👉 Instead of two people remembering something differently, somehow YOUR memory is always the unreliable one. And over time, you start trusting their version more than your own.
4️⃣ “That’s not what happened.” 👉 They don’t just disagree with your perspective. They replace it with theirs. And somehow their version always seems to leave out the parts where they hurt you.
5️⃣ “You’re imagining things.” T👉 he behavior you noticed.
The change you felt.
The thing that didn’t add up. You bring it up, and suddenly you’re being told.

The problem is your perception.
Here’s what I really want you to know:
Someone saying one of these things doesn’t automatically mean they’re gaslighting you.
 People forget things.
People remember things differently.
People misunderstand each other.
 **Gaslighting is the pattern.**
It’s when your reality gets denied, rewritten, or dismissed so often that you stop asking:
“Why are they doing this?” And start asking:
“What if I really AM the problem?”
If you’ve spent way too much time questioning yourself in your relationship, follow me.
We talk about the patterns that are hard to see when you’re living inside them, so you can start trusting yourself again. 🤍”. クリエイター @the_survivor_center: “You know the.

Truth. Your kids need to know it, too. Sitting across from a “friend” having coffee, after telling her all the ways in which my abusive ex was hurting our daughter —she said— “Oh but of course he loves her.” I snapped. I was done letting people tell me that abuse was love. My child was suffering day in and day out with anxiety, fear and confusion — all because of her dad. I decided no one would ever gaslight me into believing that was love. And I would make damn sure that my kid would learn to see the truth for herself. That’s how we break the cycle. That’s how.

We stop raising people pleasers. That’s how we stop our kids from becoming narcissists —or marrying them. This was a man who abused me for 20 years. And he was now abusing our child. I refused to let her grow up thinking abuse equals love. I refused to let her believe her dad was safe when he wasn’t. I didn’t turn her against him. I didn’t trash talk him. And I didn’t stay silent. I taught her to recognize when something wasn’t right. How to trust herself. How to see the truth without me telling her what to think. That’s what Empower Your Kids Method is built on. It’s exactly.

How I protected my child while sharing custody. And what thousands of moms are using now with their kids, too. Reply METHOD for the full strategy. stepmom”. 投稿者 @marshal.gillen: “CAN ANYONE CONFIRM THIS? 💔 1. He learned love was conditional Affection came when he performed, complied, or made her look good. Love wasn’t safe—it was transactional. 2. He became responsible for her emotions He learned to manage her moods, soothe her anger, and carry her pain. That’s not childhood—that’s emotional parentification. 3. He feels deep guilt for having boundaries Saying “no” feels cruel. Choosing himself feels like betrayal. His nervous system equates autonomy with abandonment. 4. He doesn’t trust his.

Own perception of reality His experiences were minimized, reframed, or denied. So he second-guesses his instincts and doubts his truth as a man. 5. He oscillates between rage and people-pleasing The anger he was never allowed to express leaks out in self-sabotage, addiction, shutdown, or unhealthy relationships. 6. He feels responsible for women’s emotions in adulthood What looks like “being a good man” is actually a trauma pattern: rescuing, regulating, and staying too long in unhealthy dynamics. A boy raised by a narcissistic mother grows up in a home where his identity is slowly erased. Not through overt cruelty alone, but through control, enmeshment, guilt, and emotional domination. That kind.

Of childhood doesn’t just wound you psychologically. It wires your nervous system for confusion about love, authority, and selfhood. Which is why so many men grow up feeling hollow, fragmented, or lost—and why they keep finding themselves in relationships that feel eerily familiar. The pain isn’t proof that you’re broken. It’s the signal that something in you was never allowed to fully become who God designed you to be. And healing doesn’t start with blaming your mother. It starts with breaking agreement with the identity you were shaped into… And letting Christ redeem and restore the man you were always meant to become. Click the 🔗 on my page to.

He hands them to you. He couldn’t fight his controlling or neglectful mother as a kid, so now he runs that same war on the one person who actually loves him. You. Here’s 5 ways he takes that “mother’s revenge” out on you, and how you start healing from it. 1️⃣ He demands control. He couldn’t control a thing as a kid, so now he controls YOU. How you dress, who.

You see, how you think. Take it back in small steps. Make one decision today and stick to it, even if he hates it. 2️⃣ He tests your loyalty. He sets little traps to see if you’ll “abandon” him, because deep down he’s still waiting for his mother to. Know this. His trust issues were here long before you were. Stop auditioning for a part you already got. 3️⃣ He nitpicks everything. Your looks, your choices, the way you talk. Because he felt judged by her, and hurt people hand the hurt down. His words are a mirror of his wounds, not a measure of your worth. 4️⃣ He plays.

The victim. Everything is somehow YOUR fault, same way he blamed his mom for all of it. You are not responsible for managing a grown man’s feelings. Put that weight down. It was never yours to carry. 5️⃣ He tries to break you down. The verbal jabs, the cuts, all of it to shrink you the way he felt shrunk. See the pattern for what it is. You don’t rebuild on his opinion. You rebuild on the truth that you deserve respect, period. Here’s the thing nobody tells you. His pain explains it. It does NOT excuse it. And it sure doesn’t mean you have to keep bleeding for a.

Wound that isn’t even yours. Message me FREEDOM if you’re exhausted from paying for what his mother did to him. I’ll show you how to put the weight down for good. If this hit home, follow me so you stop feeling so alone in this. And share it with 3 people you KNOW are living it right now. You might be the reason they finally see it.”. クリエイター @iamalbinaara: “6. “You’re giving me way too much control over your emotions.” Disarms anger with calm dominance. 7. [Silence.] Because sometimes the loudest reply is saying nothing. 8. “Wow. That’s the version of the story you’re sticking with?” Lets them bury themselves.

9. “You’re really committed to missing the point.” Dry. Devastating. Unrecoverable. 10. “It’s cute how confident you are… and how wrong.” The ego check they didn’t see coming.”. 投稿 @making_senseofit_w.katt: “Sometimes it takes a while, but when you finally see what’s going on, you can’t unsee it. It’s a matter of time before you get yourself back.”. クリエイター @narcissistslayer444: “Why Is The Narcissist Seem To Be Winning with all the lies and manipulation”. 投稿 @japan_reels: “両親教室で 実際に妊婦体験してくれた旦那さん いつも気遣ってサポートしてくれて すごく助かってるから お礼をしたよ 日に日に実感が大きくなるね Video”. 投稿 @tiktok_tokyo: “Confidence Is A Skill Speaker Mel Robbins Video”. 投稿 @viral_japan: “Replying To Kc Heh My Wife Video”. クリエイター @buzz_jp: “裾 上げ 縫い 方 Video”. ユーザー @creator_jp:.
