I was grateful to see that not only is our hair ethically sourced and donors are paid a fair price in exchange, but the workers in my factories are also treated exceptionally well! Their smiles were bright and their working conditions were very good🙏🏼 There are so many on the other side of the world that work tirelessly to provide our hair and I hope this video fills you with gratitude for the efforts made before the hair even gets in your hands🫶🏼 |
